Until now, you had to boil water to shrink shrink tubing. What an effort! In addition, you couldn't work on the rigs delicately because of the hot steam. All this is a thing of the past with our ShrinkTuber. The pen-shaped tool has a ceramic heating plate that is heated to 90-120° C. This temperature range is optimal for shrinking and cannot damage the leader material. The ShrinkTuber allows very delicate work to be carried out on rigs. The tool is simply moved with the heated plate to the parts to be shrunk or the parts are moved over the ceramic plate. The safety switch on the tool prevents it from being accidentally switched on in your pocket. One charge is enough for over 100 working cycles. If the ShrinkTuber is empty, it is charged via a modern USB-C interface. .

The ceramic heating plate is heated up to 90-120° C. This temperature range is optimal for shrinking and cannot damage the leader material lying under the shrink tube.
The advantage of using heat shrink tubing: You decide the direction in which you want it to go. How much the bend is or how long the protruding part is after the hook is up to you. This way you can design and optimise your rigs much more individually.
Move the slide switch to the working position. Press the power button once. The green LED flashes as long as the tool is heating up.
Simply place the tube that has been slid over the hook shank and the leader material on the plate.
Now turn and move the hook just like this, every point has had contact with the heating plate.
As long as the hose is still warm, it can be shaped and remains in the desired position after it has cooled down.
Instead of laboriously preparing the kettle with water, you can achieve the desired result in just a few seconds with the ShrinkTuber.
The ShrinkTuber can easily manage 100 work cycles with just one battery charge. However, should it run out of power, it can be quickly recharged via the modern USB-C interface using any commercially available power bank and is ready for use.
