Buy both and self taping screw (gyroc screw the best )
What bank sticks can hold need 16mm will they fit
No these will be too small only 12mm, thankfully I had some narrow bank sticks or they would have been of no use to me.

Will depend on the diameter of the bankstick but if they fit inside the stage stand then no reason why not
Will these work with the 360 rod pods ?
Not sure, I don't have the 360 rod pod, if it doesn't fit your sticks from the pod check the returns policy before you buy.
